BOOKING POLICIES
Thank you for choosing to book with us at Wax Gallery Geelong, as we are a service based business, we appreciate you taking the time to understand our booking policy before committing to your treatment with us.
All Bookings require a card saved to your file in a secure, encrypted format, or a deposit in lieu of this.
We will not be able to book the appointment, unless this has been received.
We require 24 hours notice of any cancellations, rescheduling or changes to your booking – if this is not received we do charge a cancellation fee of 50% of services booked.
Short Notice (less than 6 hours) & No Shows to appointments, will be charged a 100% booking fee of treatments booked.
We understand things can happen last minute , however we do have to enforce these policies to protect our business & team.
Confirmation Texts & Emails are sent 4 days & 3 days prior to appointment, ample time is given to let us know if suitable.
