While we do endeavour to respond to all incoming messages via email, text, Facebook & instagram, we urge that any appointment enquiries are made by phone call or via our online booking service. Messages outside of opening hours will not be responded to until business hours.

BOOKING POLICIES

Thank you for choosing to book with us at Wax Gallery Geelong, as we are a service based business, we appreciate you taking the time to understand our booking policy before committing to your treatment with us.

We require 24 hours notice of any cancellations, rescheduling or changes to your booking – if this is not received we do charge a cancellation fee of 50% of services booked.
Short Notice (less than 6 hours) & No Shows to appointments, will be charged a 100% booking fee of treatments booked.

We understand things can happen last minute , however we do have to enforce these policies to protect our business & team.

Confirmation Texts & Emails are sent 3 days & 2 days prior to appointment, ample time is given to let us know if suitable.
